TIPS: How to make a safe private villa reservation

Many guests do know that we can deal better for a last minute booking. Sometimes the owner is pleased to offer their villa than let it empty. But many other owners are so strict with their policy and always refuse this kind of booking. To enable us do our best, we always recommend all guests to book villas at least two months prior to the arrival.
